- NNNicaDec 12, 20255.0I’m giving this bank and its employees 5 stars. Anytime I’ve had an issue they’ve been quick to help me and resolve it. I’ve yet to have any issues they’ve not been able to fix. One time their ATM machine wasn’t working. It kept saying “invalid card”. The employee at the Christiansburg location walked with me to the ATM and helped me. I think the issue was it was about 23° outside and the machine was too cold or something. Anyways, he fixed me right up and I was able to complete my transaction. I switched to this bank about 6 months ago and I’m so thankful I did! I can say with confidence that I recommend them. The employees are always so friendly and so willing to help!

Today I come by and they're closed for inclement weather when there is absolutely nothing on the roads. Even the schools would be open today, if we had any that were open.
