While I could list the various reasons why..I think it boils down to, basic customer service. Again, there is no lack of this basic skill set as far as their local branch employees go.. ~edit/update~ in response to the "owner(s)" response, again..this is not due to a lack of quality customer service at my local branch..Atlantic Union Bank, as a financial institution, provides terrible customer service. My local branch employees are courteous, and knowledgeable. But, if I need something, say a temporary debit card, and an employee tells me, that they have a very limited number of replacement cards, that have to last them until the end of the year...how does that even make sense..? Just one instance/frustration, coupled with seemingly numerous minor inconveniences (these are are not first-world problems), over the years, that add up to one large disappointment.

Today I come by and they're closed for inclement weather when there is absolutely nothing on the roads. Even the schools would be open today, if we had any that were open.

- LWlauren wildmanJul 13, 20181.0Never use their online banking to deposit a check. First time I used it, it deposited the check 2 times. Therefore taking the money out of the other account twice. The second time I used the online deposit, the check took over a week to deposit so I went into the local bank & told them what was going on, they told me nothing other than to call the 1 800 number and customer service is 0/10.
