- CMChuck MullinsSep 9, 20251.0My wife and I just left this branch after being told that no one could assist us with opening a new savings account, time we arrived was 12:25 pm. The representatives reason for not being able to assist us was that there were no time slots for appointments and the next incoming appointment was expected to arrive at 1pm. We informed them that we were existing customers (30 years), then asked how long it takes to open a new savings account. We were told that it takes 30 to 45 minutes. This really made no sense to us because apparently there were no other customers in the bank and several employees that seemed to be available. We left the bank in bewildering frustration. This branch is not recommended by me based on my experience as they don't seem to focused on customer service.
