Almost a month later i am being told they ate valid because it was Apple Pay and will not be refunded claiming they have documentation from the merchant. From what i was advised in the bank it wasn’t a merchant it was a person and this happens allot . So they ordered me a new debit card. This was on 8/26:25 the banker guy said they tell you it will take 10 business days but you usually get it in 5. Need less to day I haven’t received the card and have called customer service 4 times to be told give it a few more days. The dispute was not a huge amount but to someone it could make it break them. Very disappointed…..

- MGMark GrayAug 6, 20251.0I was pretty shocked to find out that there’s a $10 fee I had to pay for cashing a check which is drawn from this actual bank. I don’t have an account here but the check is drawn from this bank. I didn’t see any signage to that effect and was only notified of it once I had waited and about to have the money counted out to me! I guess i will definitely use my own bank the next time for sure and definitely didn’t feel welcomed to think about becoming a customer!
