- FHFrank HuntJan 7, 20235.0We went to the branch late on a Friday with an unusual circumstance that required the branch manager to coordinate on our behalf with a specific department of the bank located somewhere on the West Coast. Despite the approaching closing time of the bank, Mr. Shears hung with us, and took care of everything in less than an hour. This particular circumstance we expected to take a couple weeks at least to resolve and we were delighted. We especially appreciate Mr. Shears' professionalism and patience with us. Could not have gotten better service! Thank you!

The office manager greeted me as I entered the bank and he directed to me to the person I was supposed to see. All three employees that I interacted with were pleasurable, courteous, and attentive to the task at hand. I took one star off because of corporate, not local, hiccup. I would go there again.

Was told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Tellers/manager were "counting money". After 15 minutes, I left as nobody met with me. Appears that counting money was more important than attending to customer's needs!
