The first time I visited this location the teller put a stamp on the check because there was an issue with funds, but then assured me the check was still good after a resolution. My second visit after resolution was to a different branch, they wouldn’t cash the check because of the stamp. I had to have an additional check written. The next day I went back to the Volvo Pkwy location where they informed me I would be paying a ten dollar fee. Awful customer service on so many levels! Since I’m shopping for a bank, they made it very easy to mark them off as potentially my choice. As I left the bank, two associates were standing at the door (with a line of customers) saying, “have a nice day… “ . When I responded that I wouldn’t be back, one had the nerve to say, “oookkkaayyy” with sarcasm. Great way to attract new clients. One star because the lights were on.
