I have been coming in this branch off and on for 10 years to tinee giant and she tells me it is required to have a account number. I asked her when that started. She said aboud 3 months ago and in the next sentence she didn't know when it started. For now on i will drive all the was to the Portsmouth Blvd. Branch where the teller are polite, courteous, and are not rude. Cheryl smith
