- PFPaula FaivreNov 27, 20182.0Detailed review: 1 star for the banking side. Slow service, the whole process is about them, not you. You will bank the way they want you to bank or you will pay fees. It's not at all about the customer. Now those rules are not their fault but the way they treat you is 100% the reason for the 1 star rating. Terrible service. I have been in this Branch multiple times & the bad service on the banking side is consistent. 3 stars for the teller line. They are engaged, somewhat happy & keep things moving. Nothing extra, but nothing terrible. 2 stars for drive through. Sometimes very helpful & sometimes they just ignore you completely. At least say hi & I will be right with you. Overall a solid 2 star rating. Only thing great about it is where the building is located. The building itself is old & worn, but at least they remain in Deep Creek.

This one location makes me consider switching banks all together.
