I will be nice. Pizz poor lack of customer branch phone service. Every year, when doing taxes for my elderly parents, I find we are missing a document. I make repeated calls, to this and other local branches, and can never speak to a person. I leave a voicemail every time and it is never returned. My father passed away recently. I need to carry my handicapped elderly mother in to remove him from the accounts. Due to my mothers health we need to make an appointment. I left that message today. If they do not return my call then my next call will be to leave a message stating we are removing all funds from Truist. These are huge accounts that deserve a courtesy return call. Why does every branch force you to leave a voicemail that they do not return.

Went into branch to cash a check. Was greeted when I walked. Went to counter to sign my check then got in line (no one else in branch or in drive through) waited about 15 mins before I walked out. Not one person said anything after greeting. Good customer service would have been to say, "we will be right with you" but got nothing. Now I see way people at leaving Truist since the merger. Customer service went down the drain.

First of all the white lady that was at the front helping people with deposits and stuff she was very rude to her coworker that was working the drive thru. Secondly you can’t just have one person working the front with everyone coming in especially a day before a holiday. If you are short staffed then you need to pull people from other locations or close this one down until you can get some people in there. This is ridiculous it has been this way for a while now and it’s getting annoying and ridiculous. The amount of disrespect that lady was giving to everyone including her coworkers in front of members of your bank. That’s so uncalled for. You really need to think about who your hiring and if they can handle a fast paced environment.
