Absolutely terrible experience every time I come to cash a check. Ms.Gerrie is the only one who consistently steps in to assist but the Truist rep my company uses continues to have problems herself with just this one bank. Every other Truist we go use as a company has no problem cashing checks but Volvo parkway always says they can’t cash the check written on their own institutions check. I have to wait hours every other month for someone who assists then they realize they were doing something wrong and cash it. Multiple coworkers now are just requesting we stop utilizing Truist and switch to another institution that values their business clients and at the very least doesn’t have attitudes when trying to do business

This particular Truist is sooooooo slow with everything transactions. They never have enough people working up front no mater how long the line is just like Dollar Tree lol. While you’re waiting in line you also hear the loud conversations of employees that are socializing about their personal lives. The only thing that you can think of is if you guys have so much time to chitchat why can’t you come up to the front and help with this long line? Sometimes you will hear the loud conversations of bankers, talking with customers about their personal business. I think they need to have an office where they can close the door so they can discuss such matters. I’ve been to many different Truist in the Hampton Roads area and they all seem to have the same issue. It’s so bad I’m contemplating getting a new bank and closing this account out. The only reason I have not done so is because I have to change so many things in my life in order to do so.
