I believe the only way you can fix this branch is to physically change the doors and tear it down worst bank ever with the worst associates ever

This is absolutely the worst bank that I ever been to. Linda is one of the rudest people, and doesn’t deserve to have a job. The majority of the people work there are rude, slow and ignorant Almost every time I go in there, they have a terrible attitude this morning. One guest had to cuss the lady out because she was so incompetent. I believe the other lady’s name is Elise and she is just as bad as Linda she’s also the one that got cursed out this morning. The Manager came over could’ve cared less.

I’ve been dealing with this Bank Branch for just a little over 6 months because of work.
Every time I’ve come in, in various times, at least 3-4 times a week, I’ve waited at least 45 mins to be seen by a teller. They are ALWAYS short staffed. Most of the time you’ll see one associate helping customer inside and one helping the customer in the drive through.
I’m not sure who’s running this branch but something has to change. You had all this time to hire people. It is the 22nd of December and I heard that someone is now conducting an interview. This is insanity.
There’s a reason why this bank branch has 2 stars. The associates are friendly and helpful but the way it’s manage is horrendous.
