Very disappointing that no one answers the phone. Banks have enough money to employee enough employees to answer customer phone calls. This was not only at this branch but other branches in the area. There are many other banks in this area and I would reconsider if you’re looking for a new bank.

Olivia was very helpful in closing out our estate account. She was very knowledgeable and shared ideas to help close the account positively. She was very professional and kind. Good to know that there are still people out there willing to help. Thanks again.

I have been a customer with this bank for over 20 years since it was BB&T. Since before the merger & it became Truist they have the Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen. I would give them a Negative Star Rating if I Could. The tellers as well as the supervisors are ignorant & completely unreasonable.
