- JJJenniferAug 18, 20251.0Very disappointing that no one answers the phone. Banks have enough money to employee enough employees to answer customer phone calls. This was not only at this branch but other branches in the area. There are many other banks in this area and I would reconsider if you’re looking for a new bank.

Since before the merger & it became Truist they have the Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen. I would give them a Negative Star Rating if I Could. The tellers as well as the supervisors are ignorant & completely unreasonable.
