Which is something we have done for over 11years mind you, I love him he’s a bit lazy about going to the bank, this time however when I’m fresh out of major surgery and am forced to dress in loose clothing as to not pull my stitches they treat me like I am a scamming fraud trying to pass off a check he didn’t write! Now they called and verified it WAS legitimate but not before they treated me like I was some kind of Criminal. Again mind you 11 years of this should have enough checks visible on their computers to prove not only his hand writing but mine as well!!!!!!! And Tonya the teller in particular was laughing at my distress over the whole situation which is just heart breaking considering my husbands Grandfather was one a Board member of the bank. To be treated so poorly and laughed at was just so infuriating and demeaning, I would never have thought TowneBank would sink so low. Truly saddening.
