- VRVisionz RR6 days ago1.0Worst bank I have ever dealt with In my life. Do NOT I repeat do NOT believe these other reviews. Not one time have I been to this bank and it been quick. 9/10 I spend at least 20-30 minutes standing in line just to do something simple to then have each banker go back and forth constantly needing help from one another since not one worker fully can wrap there head around the process behind there career.

The loan was done online and completed but because it was Saturday and they were closing early they didn't seem very happy to help me complete it and told me I had to come back on Monday. I could tell it was because they wanted to close up. To their credit they completed the loan on Monday through online signing and I was able to pick upy check but the amount of time it took was way too long. They didn't inform me of everything I had to do to get my loan complete.

Had some issues with my accounts and she was so awesome was able to get things resolved. Even though I had bad day at work however Marquita tends to give customers that spirit to keep going and pushing in life she is such a positive, supportive, leadership and the best I’m so speechless. If the HIRE UPS READ THIS MARQUITA DESERVE SO MUCH MORE THANK YOU SO MUCH.
