She always remembers my name and asks about my daughter. Once, I walked in and everyone was busy, so I waited for a moment and then got exasperated and left. She called me by name and caught me at the door to let me know she was helping someone but would be right with me. Turns out I had a quick question that she was able to answer on the spot. If you want an A+ experience, try BayPort. I had banked with most of the big banks and even the credit unions. None of them has been like BayPort, thanks to phenomenal employees like Jasmine! In fact, the entire team at Cedar Road, from the tellers to the managers, are exceptional. Thanks for making it easy!
