    I made an appointment for assistance with an estate account. Ms. Arnold was most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant in assisting me with my specific banking needs. It is nice to know that exceptional customer service is still valued and provided at this branch.

    This is literally THE WORST loan company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I set up auto pay to pay my car payment every month at the same time. I didn't find out until over a year later it was considered "late". I cannot make my rent payment and my car payment from the same biweekly paycheck as a single mom with a child who has special needs. I have tried and tried to change my due date to what I need - not only can it not be done over the phone, they want MORE money to move the date for a payment I have literally never missed. Then... to top it all off.. I asked if there was any way that I could receive a one time payment extension as MY FATHER JUST DIED and I missed over a week of work visiting him in the hospital. They can't offer that to me because "my payments are always late".... ?!?! These heartless, unprofessional people make me want to leave this planet. Do not do business with them. Ever.
