Recently, I have had the WORST experience with 2 of the bankers here. I had a charge that I wanted to dispute, the lady did not ask me the amount or anything, just clicking away, then I find out later that day, she disputed the wrong charge. So I called and tried to get it corrected. I got SENT to voicemail on the second ring. I called again and a different woman answered rudely and put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold, she picked up and asked what I needed. I explained the situation and she put me on hold, again, and then told me she would have to call the fraud department but she wouldn’t be able to do it anytime soon that day because she was too busy. I could not follow up the next few days due to being at work, so I found out yesterday she did not take care of it and I had to do it myself with the fraud department. The fraud department was so generous and worked well with me. I want to get ahold of the branch manager to talk about how 2 out of the 3 employees are rude and unhelpful to their clients. Now that I had to take care of it, my card is canceled and I have no way of making purchases thanks to the first bank teller for not being thorough with her documentation of my dispute. Its wrongful to tell someone you’ll take care of it and never do.

Truist Tightsqueeze Va branch is the worst bank I have ever encountered in my 50 years of banking. Rude employees. Last encounter with this branch makes we want to go ahead and switch banks. This bank branch should be closed.
