  I went to this branch today. Their customer service was horrible. I am a black woman and I work hard for mine. My mother has been helping me get caught up on Bill's so she loaned me some money. When she gave it to me it was in the form of a money order that could only be cashed at a Wells Fargo location. Yes, it was a substantial amount, but that goes to say that as a black woman in that area I'm not supposed to be able to get my hands on that kind of money legally. I felt discriminated against because of the color of my skin and the amount of money. Instead of them helping me or explaining their questioning, they all made me feel as if I wasn't wanted there. I called my mother and walked out quietly, because at that moment I no longer wanted to even be there. Needless to say I went to another location right up the street, less than five minutes away, on Barracks Rd. They were polite. I was greeted upon entry. They explained everything to me and cashed my money order with no problem. I commend them for their excellent customer service and will possibly open an account at that branch.
