- FOf oJul 25, 20251.0im honestly unsure if it's just the brand or just this location, but either way, go literally anywhere else. The experience here is enough to drop wells Fargo as my banker. I will be doing that at my next earliest convenience.
- EDErin DudleyFeb 22, 20251.0Waited in line for 30 minutes, was told to wait some more and then told that we had to come back because they closed in the next 30 minutes. Mind you the person in front of us cut us in line and was helped no problem. 30 minutes is plenty of time to open an account, literally saw them open an account in 15 minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location for any reason.

The tellers were nice but I went in there 20 mins to closing and was in a rush to get a cashier's check and they proceeded to charge me $10 for it when it's always been waived since I've been with them since 99. The manager refused without a second glance to take the charge off. I called customer service and they are going to credit the fee. Thankfully the general customer service is alot more "service" oriented. If you get bad service, I'd recommend calling the customer service number.
