- CSCharles StewartDec 15, 20251.0I deposited two transactions at the bank. I had the receipts emailed. Two emails came. One had copies of the checks but no summary of the transaction. The other had no information at all. I called both the branch and Wells Fargo. They weren't interested. They didn't know why the information was absent, but I could return to the bank to get receipts--no other offer to help. Poor customer service.
