    It took me an hour and a gallon of gas to go to three different Truist ATMs on a Sunday all three in the busiest part of town just to deposit cash because one downtown doesn’t have an ATM, and another’s was broken. It shouldn’t be this hard to deposit cash at one of the largest banks in America. Amd they charge $12 a month to have checking and put up with this.

    The employees at this Truist branch have been terrific. Specifically, I've been working with Jacob on a very complex financial situation related to my mom who has dementia and has made some serious financial blunders as a result. Jacob understands my mom's situation incredibly well and has been wonderful going through all the options with me about how I can help my mom with her financial management. When I call the branch with a question, he knows who I am, remembers my situation, and we can get straight to my questions without me having to explain the whole complicated story. It's easy to make appointments there, and you never feel rushed. They're there to help you, and you can tell that just being in the branch or calling on the phone. If you're caring for a senior who needs help with their finances, I would highly recommend a consult.

    This branch on 29N is the worst branch for BB&T. Slow and inconsiderate especially at the drive thru.
