L What bank doesn’t have an ATM for their customers to use especially in such a high traffic area like the downtown mall in Court Square area?! What a waste of time to drive all the way down there and plan with the bank doesn’t have an ATM and they don’t list it on their website

Two stars because when a "banker" is there one can get needed service. But, turns out when I went there at about 2:45 pm (supposedly open until 5 pm) there was only one overworked teller who told me the "banker" had short hours so wasn't there. Why is this branch so short staffed?

Now. I see why a bank has 2 stars. This deserves 1 star for senior management that under staffs branches. Feel bad for employees in places like this. Definitely stressed.
