Went to make change for my store, teller exclaimed that they was not going to open vault until tomorrow. Lol. Unprofessional at it's finest.

I'm still fairly new to this bank, and my business is still in its infancy. However, I see a lot of potential here, especially with the help I've received. Jasmine has been instrumental in setting up my account and managing other enrollments. She's incredibly easy to talk to, makes you feel at ease, and explains everything clearly. She's truly one of the best bank service representatives I’ve ever encountered.

This bank is extremely mismanaged! I wouldn’t stay with them if I wasn’t so deeply rooted with bb&t before they merged with suntrust and became Truist. The regular level employees in the bank are great extremely hard working people it’s the lack of employees to service the large amount of customers that’s the problem. An upper level management employee told me 3 months ago that they had this problem under control and had lots of new help graduating from classes and there wouldn’t be no more long slow moving lines every time I come into the bank or use the drive up window. Unfortunately nothing has changed. If you are debating becoming a Truist customer I would look elsewhere unless you don’t mind spending anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour standing in line as you watch 2 tellers try there hardest to service 20 customers. Oh yea, I should probably mention that their ATMs are constantly breaking and out of service.
