I use many apps, none with these problems. When i first used the app, i had to call tech support who could not figure out my problems though she tried very hard...both times they had to manually send me a temporary pswd. Corporate is dropping the ball...but the customer interface people have been exceptional. Stop in...wonderful people there!

I made a mistake that was my fault 100%, they advised me to call someone much higher up and when I did this, because it was extremely and possibly the first error I made in a long, long time, that higher up person I called resolved the situation and made me happy. Thank you Dawn and Tabatha for that wonderful advice and I will try super hard to be more careful going forward in the future.
