Use the drive thru a lot. Make deposits for a church. The service is quick and Taylor is such a sweet person to deal with.

Disappointed in Truist Charles City today. Been a banking customer of Truist or a predecessor since 1983. Had a simple deposit today. Went to drive through on way to a restaurant to deposit a check and get back a little cash. Waited at window about 5 minutes and no one came even after pressing the button. Parked among about 15 cars in parking lot and went inside only to see one teller serving one customer, another customer waiting in front of another teller window with no one there and another person on the phone away from the tellers. No one else in the bank despite all the cars in the parking lot. Stood there another five minutes, saw no progress or any other tellers and I just left. Did an online deposit instead. Much better counter service from other banks in the area.
