- LNLance NelsonApr 4, 20242.0The manager today (approximately 1:30 PM on 4 April) seemed flustered and completely unhelpful. I explained my issue and was told she can't help me and that I need to call customer service to resolve my problem. I then heard her tell two people that she has is busy, they need to make appointments to get her assistance, and she wasn't helpful in answering basic questions. Very disappointed and I won't be returning to this branch as long as she's on staff. Please note the two tellers on duty were extremely helpful and ready to assist however they could.

More often than not this place isn’t busy, you can see that this guy teller seems busy staring at the wall or computer and enjoying doing nothing but sitting. The only friendly teller here is Nguyen, she is new but she’s trying her best to deliver a great customer service to clients. Unlike the new guy who is lazy. Go to WF metro tech drive(sully branch) where all tellers and the manger are welcoming and customer friendly oriented.
