- LNLance NelsonApr 4, 20242.0The manager today (approximately 1:30 PM on 4 April) seemed flustered and completely unhelpful. I explained my issue and was told she can't help me and that I need to call customer service to resolve my problem. I then heard her tell two people that she has is busy, they need to make appointments to get her assistance, and she wasn't helpful in answering basic questions. Very disappointed and I won't be returning to this branch as long as she's on staff. Please note the two tellers on duty were extremely helpful and ready to assist however they could.

As I stood second in line, a lady approached me and asked what I need. She then called the staff attending the drive-in window to take care of me. She was equally prompt and courteous.
