I botched a wire transfer that had to be completed before I left town. Jennifer was professional and reassuring as she helped me sort it out. No exaggerating, it's a little bit embarrassing and incredibly pathetic. I already dislike Truist as a bank (I don't use them personally, horrible choice) but this is getting to the point where I'm ready to suggest to my employer that we should consider a more professional company.
