    Very rude analyst or branch officer to the point of calling you that you’re the most annoying person. That was just an insult simply because I asked her to change the dates for a date range to view a statement. No manners. I am definitely considering taking my business somewhere else. Seriously, Truist HQ must look into this kind of rude behavior toward a customer. I was shocked to my core.

    When your CD matures and even with the automatic renew option, the rate will change to the default rate of 0.05% during the one week grace period period. If you don’t go to the bank and renew yourself then it will stay at 0.05% on your next term. Why have the automatic renewal option when you don’t offer the current market rate like other banks? Why have to go to the actual bank when almost every bank and everything is now online?

    This bank is a joke I opened an account with them about a week ago and I couldn’t even open my online banking because I never received my password. Then I try contacting the lady who made my account and she won’t even help, the won’t even answer their calls neither call you back. Now I get my debit card and I try to activate as I do it and I try to buy something the card won’t even work. I put 100$ on my account just for my debit card not to work wow the staff in this place is terrible don’t even bother to make an account with them because their service is horrible.
