Excellent customer service, both ladies at the front desk that helped me today were lovely and super helpful and professional. Great location!

Have had bad experience multiple times to make a withdrawal from my checking and money market accounts. Both times got “we don’t have that much” and “you need to call ahead” as well as “can you come back tomorrow”. Amounts were nothing crazy at ~10K. Like being friendly doesn’t really make up for not being able to perform main function of a bank and doing what I came there for. Considering moving all funds to another bank.

Made a reservation to do banking at this location and arrived as scheduled. Called number to go into lobby and was told they do not handle appointments. Call branches directly — do not use the online appointment reservations system.

This bank has the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered at a bank. And THE RUDEST tellers!! They charge you an outrageous fee to cash a check from their own bank!!! And when I was questioning why so much, they cut the camera off when I was in mid sentence. Go to United bank. Nicest people you would ever want to deal with.

Yesterday (Sep. 22.2016), I went to the bank to cash out $1000.00 and they cash out the money to me. But when I checked my account balance, I didn't see the money withdraw history. It was weird. I went to the same bank again today (Sep.23. 2016) and deposit some money, They asked me which account do I want to make deposit. But I have only one joint account with my wife. I asked the teller what is going on but she did not want to talked to me about the issue. So I call Branch Manager to check. Branch manager said nothing wrong with my account so I asked him about the withdraw history I made on Sep.22. Then He told me that they accidentally access my wife's personal account to get me the $1000.00 yesterday. Also he said it wasn't anybody's fault. He also mentioned that it looks serious because I have only couple accounts, but for him, Who take care more than millions of accounts, It happens all the times. What a nice branch manager.. I was so surprised that he said that. They took out $1000.00 from my wife's personal account and saying that was nobody's fault. I called my wife and closed our joint account and her personal account. Thank you Suntrust and the Branch Manager. I will Try my best to tell people that you don't care of the customer's privacy and personal account because we are just one out of the millions.
