    Always short staffed, customers ignored while waiting in the lobby. Unfriendly faces and poor service. Long time customers mean nothing to this bank. Rude, incompetent manager and tellers.

    No one there has the same customer protocol. Sometimes you need all your credentials, sometimes you don't. Very disorganized.
