- JTJay TOct 7, 20251.0Unprofessional customer service over the phone. I provided my phone number and email I used and registered for my account with Citi. The female Rep said she couldn't pull up my information and ask for my social security number instead. I assured her that my phone number and email are correct, and she should be able to pull up my account general info. She said she will return my call or email but I didn't hear back from anybody for more than 24 hours.

They put a block on my account they wasn’t trying to give me my money I got with her. She made sure she was there to help me and we got my money today.
