A big thank you and shout out to Elaine at the Carrollton branch for taking great care of me and fixing everything. She was amazing and very customer oriented.

Came and checked in at 937AM, it is now 1029AM and no one…Not ONE employee bothered to acknowledge/let me know they’d be with me shortly. Never again. You don’t need my business. I hope those books are strong because if this is how yall treat would be customers then you don’t deserve to even be in business/new customers. Just ridiculous! Ugh
