- VJValerie JJan 2, 20265.0When my hubs and I moved to Smithfield, Va, 10 years ago, we shopped for a bank. Langley Federal Credit Union was where we decided to do our banking. At the convenient Smithfield location, lots of parking, outside ATM, drive*up service, were all great perks. The best was when we met bank teller Elaine, her smiling, friendly, informative demeanor, was everything we were looking for. Fast forward, 10 yrs later, I still look forward to seeing Elaine. Personally, she has helped me with banking questions, problems, any issues, she always there to help. I’d also add the many other tellers and banking representatives who are always helpful with all your banking needs. I gave 5 stars for this review but I would gladly give them 10! Thank you Langley of Smithfield for everything you do!

I wasn’t expecting anything beyond a quick visit, but I ended up having a really positive experience thanks to Elain at the Carollton Branch. She was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Elain made the process smooth and took the time to ensure all my needs were met. What could have been an ordinary visit turned into a great experience. Thank you, Elain, for such a pleasant and helpful visit!
