We Sierra will be rude and disrespectful to you and not solve any of your issues been having issues since October and it is yet to be fixed. They will turn your card off no matter how much money is in your account. update to the response from the bank you cannot call the branch at all. You get forwarded to the call center and I had to leave a message on Tuesday for someone to call me. Had to call back today to even remind them to call me y'all don't care about your customers nor do you treat them with respect every time you put something on the Internet. I will respond with exactly what happens after .

Not like larger brick and mortar banks, where long lines and wait times to see someone are the norm. Has wheelchair access, handicap parking. and drive through. Staff is Customer Service minded first, friendly, well versed on account options. Only negatives are it, closes at 2:00 pm M-F and has no Saturday hours.
