- JJJOEDec 16, 20251.0Wow is all I can say. Three tellers behind the counter nobody in the entire bank. Sadly, the manager looks at me and says what do you need? I told her I needed to make a simple change on my business account. You should’ve seen the look I got. Rude would be an understatement. I was asked if I had an appointment and I replied no. I could clearly see nobody was interested in helping me. I figured it was best I leave and go to another branch. What happened to customer service?
