    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at the Truist branch on Burke Commons Road. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, but I want to give a special thank you to Jyoti — she went above and beyond to help me out. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled the right way. It’s rare to meet someone that friendly and dedicated to their job these days. I really appreciate her outstanding service — she made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this branch!

    Cash deposit drawer locked up on me 12/24/2020 took the money no receipt or credit to account. Reported to SunTrust takes 10 days to get an answer. This was at the Burke branch on 12/24/2020 1600 hours.

    Yes I also had issues with the ATM Machine giving out bad $20 and again SunTrust would not honor...

    Don't use the ATM Machine for Withdrawal - I went to this machine and withdrew $600. One of the $20's was about 60% making about 40% not available. Suntrust would not change this bill... So I ended up with this $20 and still have it... Also they have changed the staff and now they are rude...
