When I first come up to the teller, mind You I do have a prosthectic leg and I was in shorts easily seen leg, they're greeting was how can we care for you today. I think I have been descriminated against ...Tried to deposit money in my daughters açcount. She neeðed some more while on vacation. They wanted to charge my debt card cash advance fee and i said it was debt card not credit card. Went to my bank for cash and they couldnt accept that because they cant charge me a fee. Both tellers had attitude both should be fired. Both just have issues. I can believe all the bad reviews about this bank. I can understand why they have couple class action lawsuits within this whole institution. I am glad I dont bank there. They dont even help their own.

Awful customer service. You wait in the drive thru forever, nobody is every available to talk about accounts and the 800# is worse. You cannot reach a person in under an hour wait. Its 1000 times worse now they are truist.
Most recently I was charged $135 for a service charge with no explaination. I called to speak to someone about it and a very grouchy human wanted me to give my social over the phone while she was running the drive thru. I could literally hear people talking through the intercom and cars. I said I dont want to do that and she said its fine. I hung up. I called the one in New Market and they were nice and got the problem fixed. It did not however explain why I was charged nor an Im sorry.
