Waited for 30 minutes to leave without getting any help. Two people at the desk did nothing to help either. The people in the offices are oblivious to customers waiting. Horrible system they have for having customers wait.

The worst bank I’ve been to.they can’t do a simple thing such as cashing out a check and taking 30 minutes of my day just for them to be unable to do so.if you want fast and efficient service please avoid this place they do not know what they’re doing.

Very bad experience with the app system 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I have my account with first Virginia bank since 1997, then become BB&T then become trust. I’ve been more than 5 years trying to add non-trust bank to link it to my account to transfer money between my two banks! And it’s not possible and I get tired of it, backward system! My other Bank of America and it’s great service and I have more than 200 payee or transfer from or to and there in no issue at all with Bank of America. Very bad system and I promise that I will cancel my account with trust bank at the first chance.

This staffing at this location is ridiculous. I've been waiting in line for 15 minutes. ONE PERSON is taking care of both drive through lanes AND the lobby, and she's very overwhelmed. It's like this every time I come here. Unacceptable!
