I contacted Wells Fargo for dispute unreleased funds I put my card in an ATM machine to withdraw money and the funds did not come out of the ATM but went through the motions and stated please take your cash. I went in to Eastman which their director gave me a letter stating that the funds did not come out. Their machine had been having issues of not giving funds. The letter from the bank that was submitted to Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo still has not resolved my dispute. It is unnecessarily long when they have all the information including back contact. And also there’s cameras at the ATM. Wells Fargo clearly does not care about their customers I told them it was urgent and seem to purposely decide to wait the 10 days When it could be resolved. The bank has given them information which they can call and verify the information, But appear to just want to take their time for 10 days. Fast and friendly customer service dows not seem to be a priority. This will also be moved to BBB if they do not resolve this soon.

Only 2 tellers in the entire place on the first of the month. I came to cash my check and stood inside at least 20 mins waiting on one person of front with others in front of me and the line hadn't moved at all. I come to the drive thru to cash my check and now I'm waiting for the woman in drive thru to help the teller up front along with many other cars. There should be more tellers at this bank on the first of the month. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Thank you to to workers that are here but some type of management should be stepping in to get other tellers here to help or other management here to help
