- BFBryan FormicaNov 7, 20241.0First off, I called them and asked about opening an account and they told me I could so I went there, they made me wait almost 1/2 an hour while the 2 bankers were chit chatting, then after trying to verify something this lady is sitting there laughing with her co worker with my check in her hand as I'm waiting. She comes back only to tell me theinfo I was told on the phone was completely. Before I left I tried to ask her something and she flat out ignored me and started talking to someone else. Never again will I go to Wells Fargo and I will advise everyone else not to use yall. Unbelievable. Very unsatisfied.
