This is about Truist as a whole as a company. They let other company overdraft your account even after you tell me them you would like to stop anything that will make your account overdraft. If you don’t have the money account they shouldn’t give you over draft fees everyday if you don’t pay, which make no sense to me on how you can for something and they know you don’t have the money for it and still bother you. They need to stop letting other people take our money and they need to stop taking our money just bc they feel like it. They have too many fees for everything. Other banks shouldn’t do this either. It’s our money let the costumers have control over the account. They also take very long when you try to get you account back from being blocked and the analysis that are supposed to be checking it you can’t even get in contact with them bc they only are available through email and people at Truist are the only ones that can email them. They need to make it where the customers can talk to them about why they have your account on hold like is said they take forever so if you have bills to pay they don’t care. They only care about themselves.
