I waited for a while but was never called, so I eventually left. Not sure if it’s just this location, but overall the experience gave off bad vibes. Disappointing service.

However no one in the bank knew how to pay additional to principle, and they wanted to charge a fee because I didnt have a checking account with them. Said they would have to cash my check before making the payment. I work at a bank and I've never heard of such a thing. Heres to a great 29 years and 11 months with whatever this bank ends up being called in a few months.The confidence I have in my home loan being handled correctly is sky high!
