Terrible bank with terrible policies, and this branch in particular is a joke. Bank elsewhere if you value your time and money.

Refused to let my wife pull cash from our account because there I had already made a withdraw. Cap you at $3k a day. That’s not even enough to cash a paycheck. About time to start looking for a new bank.

I've been a customer of Truist Bank for a few years, generally satisfied with the service at my usual branch. However, I recently visited the berryville branch at Church Street Virginia, and was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. This experience does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from Truist Bank. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism, no matter which branch they visit.
