However, I recently visited the berryville branch at Church Street Virginia, and was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. This experience does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from Truist Bank. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism, no matter which branch they visit.
