This happened 40 ish minutes ago.Very disappointed. A worker David, called my best friends father an alien. Very disappointing how david lacks human decency. Calling a someone an “alien” lacks their humanity and dignity. This language lacks compassion and respect, reinforcing exclusion rather than recognizing the individual’s inherent worth as a fellow human being. When you treat people this way, you deny them dignity and respect, and you also diminish your own character. Please stop boosting your ego thinking youre better than a different race. Im not even suprised hoe this isn't the first time. David, you should be ashamed.

My husband has being a client for years, and recently we opened a bank account for my Dad. when he when to the Berryville office to change the card pin number, the bank teller was being racist towards my Dad, took forever to change the number, called another person to handle the situation and was making it sound that my Dad was doing something wrong. she was very rude, to my husband and my dad and dismissive. really bad service, definitely no bueno.

Extremely disappointed with this branch and the service I received. I’ve been a customer and lived in Clarke county for years. I recently moved but often come back to visit. They wouldn’t let me get my money out with an out of state license and wouldn’t even tell me why. They were extremely dismissive and I was made to feel like a criminal or that I was trying to do something illegal. They passed me on to corporate who couldn’t help me due to the policies of this branch. Believe the bad reviews because I’ve received great service at others.

Terrible bank with terrible policies, and this branch in particular is a joke. Bank elsewhere if you value your time and money.
