I called the offsite card support department and was surprised to be quickly connected to a US rep. Some of their technology is a bit outdated (I am a huge tech guy) but they have apps and online banking which works well. I give them a big 5 star just for the outstanding customer service at the Bedford branch. Human customer service is a BIG DEAL even in 2017.
