    Worst non customer services and rules ever. I was a very happy customer for 20 years, until all the rules and fees came into play. So I went to The Fauquier Bank where there are no penalties, and I am very happy. I have family members still using this bank and I have been asked from time to time to make cash deposits for them and for my handicapped customer. BB&T STOPPED excepting cash deposits handed to them by non customers. Now my handicapped mother and customers have to drag themselves to this sorry bank.
