They kept taking walk ins that were there before me. Again, I made an appointment and was assured I’d be seen. I took the day off and made appointments to settle my mothers financial items due to her death. Turns out Matt was not even there and the staff just kept blaming him and refused to see me. What’s the point of making appointments if they treat you like a walk in. Not only that but not friendly or any customer service. Pathetic…
