I was certainly not prepared for how busy the bank was in the middle of the day. Thankfully I was greeted by a friendly energetic young lady who was able to squeeze me into her busy appointment schedule. Karina Martinez a personal banker at the Ashburn, VA branch walked me through the process of making the changes needed, however as I feared there were inconsistencies with the account that complicated the job. Karina was immediately on the phone with the main office to resolve the issue. She worked through the challenge one step at a time and much to my delight she was able to resolve the issue without me having to return another day. If you are ever in need of a friendly banking representative you should be sure to look for Karina. She will surprise you at how enjoyable banking can be.
