- RRRyannAug 7, 20255.0Truist seems to be one of the few banks these days that will allow you to redeem savings bonds, even to non-members. I called ahead to this branch and they were very helpful on the phone. Went the next morning with my paper bonds and all the tellers were friendly, helpful, and patient. They explained what to expect for tax forms next year and made sure to answer any questions. I currently am not an account holder but based on my experience I will most certainly keep them in mind in the future!
