    On Saturday morning, I visited the Truist Bank at the Lakeview Overlook location in Ashburn, VA. I was greeted by Fariba Fatahi, Sr. Relationship Banker, who immediately offered her assistance. I needed to set up a new business account for my small art business, and she handled everything seamlessly—linking my new account with my personal accounts and even guiding me through the process to ensure I received the $400 new account bonus. It was a somewhat tedious process, yet Fariba’s professionalism, knowledge, and upbeat attitude made it smooth and stress-free. She even went the extra mile, calling IT multiple times and refusing to let go until the bonus was successfully applied. Fariba is an exceptional banker—thorough, persistent, and genuinely committed to her clients. I highly recommend seeking her out for all of your business and investment banking needs.
