- 3B3lli3 BApr 26, 20221.0If i could give 0 star I would. Truist is the worse bank I have to deal with for my car loan, and this location was one of the worse locations. The manager, MiMi, was the one who volunteered to help and she was as useless as anything. She didnt know what she was doing, kept giving me different information about my account, and then basically didnt solve my issue when I left from the bank. I hope i can soon get out of having to deal with Truist all together.
