- MLMichael LiSep 6, 20251.0the worst banking experience in this branch！i need to setup a business account with capital one. i tried online，but didn't get through. i made a call，they told me to come to a branch. when i came to this branch，an indian lady received me，but her answer was the worst answer i heard in my life. she suggested me to wait for a letter to come to me and the letter will explain why my application didnt go through. she said it will take 3 - 5 days for the letter to come. and she said that is the only way to solve the issue. so ridiculous！i left the place and went to other place .. the issue was solved easily in other Office. what made me so unhappy，even angry with that Indian lady was her attitude. she didn't care ，she even didnt try to help.. she is very rude ，very unprofessional！she told me to wait 3-5 days to get an explanation letter and that was the only way！worst experience and worst bank employee
