They want customers to physically come in into the bank to get money out of CD otherwise they’ll renew at 1% when the rate is 4%. When asked about ability to do the paperwork sooner or online as we are traveling and will be out of country. We were told that is not possible. We should have known that sooner before signing paperwork. We have already signed the contract. Mashkura was the Bank Rep we spoke with. Bank needs to train their customer rep folks. Issue was dissolved when we asked to speak with the manager after discussing for 15 mins.
