From the moment I walked through their doors, I encountered abysmal customer service. The manager, whose attitude seemed more fitting for a prison warden than someone in a customer-facing role, was particularly unpleasant. Her lack of courtesy and empathy made any interaction with the bank a taxing and unpleasant task. Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but her heavy-handed and condescending demeanor left much to be desired. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt like an inconvenience interrupting her day.
