- JLJamie LopezMar 27, 20255.0I had a great experience at the 2311 Wilson Boulevard branch, and I really want to shout out Jose Escobar and Elad Benjo for their amazing service. When I first walked in, Jose wasn’t even the teller, but he greeted me with such a warm smile and made me feel welcomed right away. I really appreciated that because it’s rare to get that kind of personal touch. After I told him I needed to withdraw some money, he showed me over to Elad, the teller. Elad was quick to help me with my withdrawal, and when I mentioned I had some issues with my account like trouble with the app and needing a new card he immediately directed me to Jose for further help. Jose was right there, ready to assist, and took me to his desk where we worked through everything. By the end of my visit, all my issues were resolved, and I left feeling completely taken care of. Both Jose and Elad went out of their way to make sure I had a smooth experience, and I truly appreciate how professional and kind they were. It’s not often you get service like that. I’ll definitely be back to this branch!
