At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Banks, in general, are not what they once were. You can't walk in and get the kind of service you used to get. But all in all, Truist has been easy to deal with, and I have never had cause to complain. My in-laws' bank is such a total nightmare, Truist is great by comparison.

Went this morning when they first opened. Was greeted by everyone as I entered and headed to the back for a CD transfer. Was processed quickly and out the door in just 5 or six minutes. I had checked their hours before heading over there and saw a bunch of ancient poor reviews from before the brank changed from BBT to Truist. so, I thought I would give an updated review.

This branch has only one good employee who does his best to make up for the lousy customer service provided by his colleagues.
