But all in all, Truist has been easy to deal with, and I have never had cause to complain. My in-laws' bank is such a total nightmare, Truist is great by comparison.

Was processed quickly and out the door in just 5 or six minutes. I had checked their hours before heading over there and saw a bunch of ancient poor reviews from before the brank changed from BBT to Truist. so, I thought I would give an updated review.
