- TMTeresa McgerveySep 26, 20251.0I needed a bank that didn't hold my money hostage and doled it out like an allowance. Well, they don't do that but they have one of the worst banking apps around. Every time I log in , I am confronted by some pop-up about changing a setting. It doesn't matter whether I say yes or no, it logs me out of the app. When I called their customer service, I got nowhere with them. Then I got a voice mail message from someone named Kelly who said she was following up on my complaint about the app. She said to call back , which I did but only got her voice mail. I left a message but never heard back from her. Contacting customer service again was a useless endeavour. Between no parking at most locations in the DMV and inaccessible ATMs during non-business hours, I am wondering when I should close my account (after only three months).

They do not do their own jobs and try there hardest to make you do all the work. If I can save one person from going through what i went through, i have been successful. Dont bank with them. Their supervisor Robin never reached out to me and was useless when I finally connected with her.
